Brokers Network Coordinator

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
·         Assists the Broker Network Manager in recruitment and expansion of the broker network members thru phone/telemarketing and/or referrals;
·         Assists preparation of logistics for project briefing, training and site orientation to newly accredited brokers and their agents;
·         Updates accredited brokers regarding prices availability chart and other sales advisory thru SMS, emails and brokers visit;
·         Reviews and facilitates forms that will be used for the Brokers Network group;
·         In-charge with the documents required from the broker for accreditation;
·         Checks requirements submitted by brokers;
·         Encodes newly accredited brokers  in database;
·         Prepares Broker Accreditation Agreement Forms, Brokers Information Sheet etc.;
·         Prepares ingress/egress for all sales and marketing activities inclusive for the Brokers Network group;
·         Prepares pre and post evaluation reports on sales activities/events;
·         Monitors and accounts the distribution of flyers allocated for the Brokers Network group;
·         Coordinates with other inter-office departments pertaining to the document needed or any other concerns of brokers network sales;
·         In-charge with the logistics/marketing materials needed before, during and after events/activities exclusive for the Brokers network group;
·         Prepares and request the payment for sponsorship fees etc.;
·         Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
·         A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent;
·         PRC licensed is a plus;
·         With at least 5 years work experience in broker management in the real estate industry;
·         With impressive track record in selling real estate;
·         With excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation skills;
·         Assertive, confident, dynamic and results-driven

Brokers Network Manager

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
·         Closely monitors and determines real estate industry trends that will positively impact the productivity and profitability of the broker network group;
·         Reviews research on real estate trends and transform into agent and broker deliveries;
·         Assess the understanding and usage of brand tools, systems and resources and develop and execute strategies to increase usage and enhance brand value;
·         Monitors social platforms to maintain high level and consistent awareness of new industry trends that should be supported by new learning programs or incorporated in existing programs and identifies outside prospects;
·         Maintains a collaborative working relationship with PR, Marketing, Sales Documentation Department to ensure alignment and support of Broker Network initiatives;
·         Solicits potential clients to buy Anchor Land condominium projects, takes prospective buyers to see our projects;
·         Updates the President on prices, market conditions and compare properties to determine a competitive market price;
·         Mediates negotiations between brokers and buyers and ensures all terms of purchase contracts are met;
·         Explains the various projects to the brokers and clients the available payment options and recommend the most suitable for individual needs;
·         Ensures implementation of PRC real estate licensing regulations and checks that the program set down by the authority compliance of our accredited brokers meets all the demands
·         Maintains accurate records of attendance and required timings of broker events;
·         Prepares pre-and post-evaluation reports on sales activities/events;
·         Ensures timely submission of the reports to ALHI President as follows:

  • Production Report per project
  • Documentation Report
  • Brokers Recruitment Report
  • Calendar of Activities

·         Gathers information on other developers activities and incentive programs for ALHI to continuously perk up the participation of all accredited brokers;
·         Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent;

·         With at least 10 years work experience in broker management, 5 years of which were in the real estate industry in a managerial position;
·         With impressive track record in selling real estate;
·         With excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation skills;
·         Assertive, confident, dynamic and results-driven
